Before his corporate tenure, Brian spent several years in the nonprofit and arts education sectors, most notably at The Young Americans, where he led key areas such as development, administration, and finance. It was during this transformative chapter—where he and MainStage’s Founder and CEO first met—that his lifelong appreciation for the performing arts was not only reignited but deepened through the power of performance-based youth development. Supporting national and international tours, scholarship campaigns, and talent cultivation initiatives, Brian saw firsthand the profound impact arts education has on self-esteem, discipline, and opportunity.
As a U.S. Army veteran, Brian’s leadership is grounded in service, integrity, and resilience. His background in legal support, governance, and high-stakes environments shapes his ability to lead with clarity and empathy—skills he brings wholeheartedly to the MainStage mission. Across all chapters of his professional journey, he has consistently championed access, equity, and excellence.
In his spare time, Brian enjoys league bowling, hiking trails, and weekend swims with his partner and their child—embracing the balance of structure and spontaneity that artfully mirrors the world of theater itself.
